- First playable version: same screen or online, 2 to 6 players, bots in three levels
- Auctions, trades between players, mortgages, selling properties and special events
- Portugal map with its own identity: Portuguese pavement, monuments, buildings and pieces

What comes next
Until June 2027 the work is split into 2 to 3-week sprints, with start and end dates. After that, by quarter.

Promises
- Free to play, always.
- The store is cosmetic only (pieces, dice, themes): nothing you buy gives an advantage in a game.
- New maps are chosen by the community in a vote. The options are only revealed when it opens.
- Not everything is listed here: there will be surprises along the way.
- At the end of every sprint, this page is updated with what got done.
- Dates are goals. If one changes, the change and the reason are written on this page.
- Player feedback (the "Send feedback" button) comes before anything on the roadmap.
